I'm female, have excessive hair, lots of acne always for 9 years, should i see a dermatologist or endocrinologist? i do not have a regular doc nor ins.

Primary care: This suggests polycystic ovarian syndrome which is characterized by irregular periods, excess hair growth and acne. Basic lab tests and an ultrasound study are very useful in making this diagnosis, however if you're unable to afford these, a trial of birth control pills may be helpful. A local family physician or planned parenthood clinic may be able to provide this for you affordably.
