You must eat less: If you are unable to burn off more calories by exercising, there is only one way to lose weight; eat fewer calories. Actually, losing weight simply by exercising is difficult for most; it is more effective to eat less. Some areas to work on might include less soda/juice/alcohol, smaller portions, and fewer simple carbs like white pasta, rice or bread.
