See below: Eating 200 calories less daily , you can loss ~ 2 lbs./ month that is, assuming your thyroid blood tests are in normal range on whatever therapy your on.

Your height???: If you're really 115 cm as a 29 year-old female then you are likely someone with a form of dwarfism, which you'd already know. You should resubmit your question if the height you indicated is a typo.
