See endocrinologist: A growing nodule is usually an indication for a biopsy. It may be helpful to do a scan ahead of time. The antibodies may not have anything to do with the nodules.

Discuss with ur doc: You have autoimmune thyroid disease. Your TSH might be normal because you are taking thyroid hormone. The nodule might be a separate issue. If it's growing, a reasonable approach would be to perform an ultrasound guided biopsy on it.
