I have nodules in my thyroid and my t4 is a bit high but tsh is normal. i take medicine now but sometimes i feel weak and i feel a fluid sensation in my neck. should i be worried about these? i will go another doctr?

It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help.
