I'm 22 years old and recently i had a thyroid echo, where it turned out that i have a 1 cm hypoechoic nodule. tsh values are normal, but thyroglobulin antibodies are above 2400 iu/ml.what does it mean to have such a high number of these antibodies?

The presence of thyroglobulin antibodies does not have much clinical significance if you thyroid function test is normal (it can be present in 10% of normal people). Decision for nodule biopsy depends on the nodule's characteristics. If there is no clinical suspicion, then it can be monitored with ultrasound in 6-12 months. Good luck.

You likely have Hashimoto's. This tends to run in families. Ask around.
