A member asked:

Lower back pain and tingling that shoot down my legs when i go to sleep, can't sleep.?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See your doctor: Pain at night, particularly with sleep and tingling in the legs is not typical for classic back problems and needs to be evaluated by your doctor. Typical back pain mag cause you to wake up if turning or moving in bed but usually does not keep you awake. Most back problems are improved at rest.
