Pressure on nerves: from the sleep position is most likely at your age. This is not normal, so you should experiment with using pillows under your knees, sleeping on your stomach etc. and also changing sleep position from time to time. If the condition continues or worsens, you should have an examination to be sure that there is not something going on in the spine or in the blood vessels.
