If this represents Long-COVID-19, chronic unusual symptoms have been experienced. The tingling could represent peripheral neuropathy, or spinal cord irritation (leg weakness might suggest neck location). Would urge an evaluation from a neurologist and propose consideration of possible EMG and MRI of neck.

These are symptoms reported post COVID-19. Exercise bas tolerated and please see a specialist for management. Physical therapy may help with muscle strength, but the other symptoms may be neurologic.
