I am 24 yrs old i had a c-section almost three yrs ago now every night i lay down to sleep i start have tingling and numbness on my lower legs.

Tingling: Not sure if the tingling of the legs has anything to do with the c-section from years ago. Sounds like you may have a pinching nerve in your back causing your issues. Get eval and assessment. Good luck.
