Non narcotic: Non narcotic pain relievers are best which include acetominophen and advil or Aleve (naproxen) at the recommneded doses on the bottle. If you need stronger medicines you need to consult with a physician.

Over the counter : Medication if no medical reasons or allergies not to take them including: tylenol, (acetaminophen) ibuprophen or naproxen.
