Take to: ER and have long term management for pain control. May consider hospice care at home for pain and comfort management

Er: Inability to stand or walk in a 98 year old patient who is lethargic calls for an ER evaluation and probable hospital admission tonight. I feel it's too dangerous to postpone an examination as possible problems include occult fractures, stroke, head injury, infection.
