No: Bavkward bemding is called lordosis forwardis kyphosis. Most thoracic scoliosis flattens out the nomal foward bending hypokyphoisis. Kyphosis is poorly tolerated makes your back work harder to stand.

No: That is called either a kyphosis or lordosis depending on what direction it goes.
