I would mention : This to the doc to ensure that there was no pressure on nerve while you were in the cast.

Nerve damage: If the cast has been applied too tight you could have damaged your nerves. Also if you had the cast on for a long time you may have CRP syndrome. You need a neurologic evaluation.
