This was very helpful. Thanks! The bulge is in my muscle but occurred after my hip sort of dropped at 19. Numbness around right hip. Pressure on the bulge helps circulation.

My toenails haven't fallen off so there's no need for them to grow back. The doctor said bruising was from wearing heels for several hours.
