Currently have cast on my calf, ankle and foot for 4 weeks. noticed thigh atrophy on same leg with quadriceps tendon/muscle sticking out. cause for concern?

I've never seen that with lower leg,ankle casts and I think you should be examined and advised by your physician or orthopedic specialist.
