Does it only hurt: When yo uawaken? Does it hurt when you walk? Is there any swelling? I would try wearing a night splint on it to see if that helps. Gentle stretching during the day, if swelling present take an anti-inflammatory. If pain persists see a doctor. Aside from possible achilles tendonitis, sural nerve neuritis is another possibility.

Stretching: Nsaids, i suggest you see your dr. Two months duration may indicate you have a partial tear.
