Variable: You can get extremely fit without going to the gym with aerobic and anaerobic workouts with running, cycling, cross fit...Etc. You can also work on physique with variable pushups, pull ups, abdominal work, plyometrics, squats, lunges, climbing and weight room simulation. What are your goals? Sport specific training is key depending on your goals.
