Recommend Dr’s visit: First off, congratulations for continuing to train hard at 69! That’s awesome! You will lower your risks for heart disease, diabetes, and Alzheimer’s just to name a few benefits! As far as what to take for muscle strength and energy, I can’t answer that without more info. Have you had any recent lab work? Thyroid levels, B12, glucose & testosterone levels are some things that I would check!
