Listen to your body: It's natural to rationalize symptoms, but it isn't always wise. If you ask the doctor about every twinge, you are probably overdoing it. On the other hand, taking seriously a significant amount of pain or dysfunction is not at all inappropriate, and may lead to important interventions. In your case, i might consider psoriatic arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis. A rheumatologist could help.

It is likely that at age 20, stress of relationships, conflicts with parents, school, work and finances have caused and depression with helplessness and hopelessness making you “feel like 80 years old” Lack of use of muscles, viral infections, Hypothyroidism, and Rheumatoid Arthritis may also cause pain in muscles and joints. Please see an Internist and a Psychiatrist.
