Remember to first: Make sure you training regimen is well suited to yourself and your goals of muscle hypertrophy(increased size). You may need to the help of a personal trainer in this regards. Two, make sure you baseline nutrition, what you get from your normal meals is adequate to support muscle gain too. Serious mass probably isn't going to harm you(assuming you're healthy) but may lead to unwanted fat gain!
