Is it a problem that i can reach my nasal cavity with my tongue?

Nope: By itself, having the ability to touch ones tongue to their nose does not define or represent a problem.

No: A large tongue may cause diastema in anterior teeth or worsen the open bite problem. If you just can reach the nasal cavity with a normal tongue size (and i think your tongue is normal since large tongue usually does not reach out that far), it is not a problem.
