Im worried i might have yeast overgrowth in mysinus, i think i have oral thrush because i have white on my tongue. i and am wondering if it spread to my nasal cavities. not sure if that is possible?

Your right. Yeast (Candida) does not invade the sinus cavities (except under VERY rare circumstances) White on tongue may indicate oral thrush but this is unlikely to occur spontaneously in an otherwise healthy 27 yo. Could be as benign as not eating hard or rough food to scrape away normal buildup of tissue on tongue.
