Leave her alone: Let her sneeze how she wants. Although sneezing is the bodies way of trying to get to rid of nasal irritation it is not critical for air to come out of her nose. Sneezing causes an increase in nasal mucous and after sneezing nose clearing and blowing.

No.: Sneezing seems to be triggered by a 'tickle' in the nose. I think it is a beneficial way to clean the tracheo-bronchial tree (the lungs) and maybe some of the nasal cavity, too. Blowing the nose should clean the nasal passages adequately.
