Burning sensation : Some people describe this as burning mouth syndrome. Most of the time the cause is obscured. However, a basic work up including blood sugar evaluation, vitamin deficiencies and other causes of neuropathy may be necessary. Sometimes the syndrome could be attributed to medications. Dry mouth in sjögren's syndrome may also cause burning sensation. Consult your physician for proper diagnosis.
