Congratulations: Congratulations on carrying your baby to 37 weeks. Your symptoms could be the start of an early labor, or perhaps braxton-hicks contractions that are common as pregnancy approaches full term. If you are having more severe or recurring cramping pain, you should go to labor and delivery for evaluation of early labor.

CALL YOUR OB NOW!!!: You should not need to ask that ? Here , call your OB now u may be going into labor and the cerclage should be removed and if i was your ob, i would remove your cerclage at 37 weeks anyway- that is term call your OB now , at the least i would have you evaluated in the labor room right now.
