I had a cyst that abscessed on my thigh and was drained about 20hrs ago. i still have one spot that is hard, burns, and very tender makes it hard to use my leg because it close to the crease of thigh and pelvic. is this normal? or did he miss some?

An "infected cyst " can be drained, but may require excision to avoid re-establishing the abscess. See a dermatologist for proper treatment of the area.
