Call your surgeon: This could be a couple things, such as intestinal distension from something called an "ileus", usually associated with no flatus, nausea, and sometimes vomiting. Or could be internal bleeding, which may be associated with dizziness, pale skin, low urine output. Or could be normal postop course. Call your surgeon today to help you sort it out. Hope this helps!
