Left side of my stomach hurts when i push on it. it doesnt hurt when i do sit-ups or any abs exercises, but when i put pressure to it, i feel one tiny spot hurting. no feeling when i push the spot, with more pressure, i touch something hard, why?

There are many possible causes for what you describe. It could be due to a sore abdominal muscle, especially if you are doing a lot of abdominal exercises. Do you have constipation? That is a common cause for left sided abdominal pain. You would need your doctor to examine you to properly diagnose and treat this so call your doctor if it continues or worsens. Good luck to you!
