See your doctor: See your doctor get examined , and tested ( sonogram ) find out , pain is due to gall bladder problem or not , then you decide.

Pain!: Right abdominal pain under your ribs, fevers , nausea bloating, vomiting. Tender to the touch. These are all symptoms of gallbladder pathology. But other things can cause this as well. you may benefit from GB removal. IF not, you may need to look for another cause of your pain. If symptoms improve with diet, etc may not need surgery at all
