See doc: Vomitting coffee grounds means you have upper GI bleeding. This may not be related to your gall bladder surgery but is a serious medical condition that needs to be evaluaed and treated promptly. If this is conintuing and/or you sare feeling weaker, can't eat, or feeling dizzy and light headed- go to the er. Don't wait. You can bleed out from ulcers.
