Probably not gallbla: Pain in the left chest in a young person is usually musculoskeletal. In an older patient, consider heart causes. It is unlikely that the gallbladder is causing this pain. If you have gallstones, a laparoscopic removal of the gallbladder will remove all doubt.

No: The gallbladder is on the right side. Sharp pain in the left chest could be related to your stomach, such as gastritis or ulcer disease, or it could be your heart, among other possibilities. You should talk to your doctor immediately or go the er for sharp pain in your left chest.
