Unlikely: After any surgery there may be some minor bleeding as the effect of adrenaline wears off, but as a rule, you should have nothing to worry about. Good luck from nyc.

Possible: Postoperative nosebleed is a known complication of any type of intranasal surgery. It most often occurs 7-10 days postop and can usually be easily treated by your operating surgeon.

Temporary: Nose bleed after septoplasty is expected, minor, and temporary. Most bleeing resolves within 1-2 days after surgery. The degree of bleeding has many factors, including the complexity of the actual surgery, medications, supplements, and following your surgeon's post-surgery care instructions.
