Revision: is not called break the nose , yes to realign excessive has to be removed for correction . .

Only in rhinoplasty: Septoplasty is the reshaping of the cartilage and bony divider which is in the midline of the nose. Rhinoplasty sometimes requires reshaping of the nose and may include osteotomies (breaking the nasal bones to reposition)
