Nasal obstruction: Have your nose examined by a board certified otolaryngologist. There may be hope for some relief for these symptoms.

Need second opinion: To evaluate current issues. Sometimes it helps to put prevent crusting, to use something that's less drying, similar to petrolatum, or organic lip balm to prevent it from drying out so severely. If unable to breathe well, get a 2nd opinion..

Need followup exam: Nasal crusting after surgery can mean several things depending on the original indication for surgery. There can be treatment for crusting however.
