Organic: The best is taken from plant sources grown in an environment with complete mineral content and processed in a way that does not destroy the benefits. One such product that i take is Alpha sun from www.Simplexityhealth.Com/docsalgae i have been taking this product for nearly 20 years and in my opinion it is the best.

None: Unless you have a known vitamin deficiency or a very restricted diet, multivitamins are not helpful and may be harmful. Only take the specific vitamin you may need.

Any major brand: When choosing a multivitamin, any major brand of multivitamin should do fine. One's doctor can recommend specific brands or vitamins, if the patient has special needs.

The Best!: The best multivitamin is none. If you have a specific vitamin or iron deficiency, then take those. Unless you have multiple vitamin deficiencies or have a very restricted diet, multivitamins are useless and may harm you. Save your money and exercise more.
