Healing time: You should see improvement in 1-2 days and stability/best vision in 1-2 weeks. I wait until 1 month postop to check if the patient needs any glasses since the prescription can fluctuate early on.

1-2 weeks: Healing varies, but a typical time of healing is 1-2 weeks for a healthy person who has an uncomplicated surgery. A person who is less healthy can take longer to heal.

Cataract surgery: You are usually feeling and seeing much better 24 hours after the surgery. Sometimes it may take up to a a few weeks for the vision to clear and stabilize. The wounds and eye is very stable at one month (healed), and new glasses prescription given if indicated.
