A member asked:

Should i be concerned if my wisdom teeth taken out about a month ago. does cataract surgery take longer to heal than wisdom tooth extraction, also, is it more painful?

No concern: Cataract surgery usually heals much faster, is almost painless, and the tooth extraction will not affect the cataract surgery or visa versa.

Pain cataract surger: Cataract surgery usually takes 2-3 days for pain to subside, rarely more than 1 week but possible. Wisdom tooth extraction is likely less painful given anesthesia and pain meds used for cataract surgery.
