Each doc is differen: Every ophthalmologist has their own time frame for strenuous activity after cataract surgery. A lot of that depends on if the cataract surgery was difficult or even had a complication or stitch. However, I am not aware of any evidence that gives a specific time frame that is safe. The best answer i can give is ask your surgeon because only he knows what went on on your individual surgery.

2 weeks: For heavy lifting like this, i typically recommend 2 weeks after surgery.

If routine surgery: Then may be ok if you feel healed. If concerned, ask your surgeon.
