How can you fix an overbite without braces?

Depends: If the overbite is mild, yes you can. However, if it is very severe, often braces is the best non surgical method of treating an overbite. Surgery is another option to fix an overbite.

Yes: Overbite is the vertical overlap of front teeth. A retainer called a bite plane can help, it allows only front teeth to come into contact, thereby allowing natural eruption of back teeth (reducing the overbite). Restorative dentistry can do this as well, but it means changing coverage of all the back teeth, and is considered rather invasive.

Difficult to : Answer without examining the degree of malocclusion. An orthodontist would be best equipped to offer a more realistic treatment recommendation after an exam and x-rays. Hope this helps.

Nothing's as good: Best way to fix overbite, crooked teeth, over jet, jaw malrelationships, open bite, rotations, cross bites, etc, is conventional orthodontic treatment. Clear aligners are less than half as effective. Another solution is to cut teeth down and cap them (average life of a cap.
