Not really.....: Overbites don't usually adjust themselves without active orthodontic treatment. You may want to consider seeing an orthodontist for a consult to discuss your needs. Best of luck!

No: To correct an overbite, braces will be required. This is the best treatment option. Sometimes crowns can be used to correct the bite but this involves cutting down healthy teeth.

No: Overbite tends to increase with age. So there will be no self correction. I use a special retainer regimen to help reduce overbite return after braces are done. Overbite return/increase with age is one of our main issues with long term stability.
