Depends: Is it a horizontal overbite, a vertical overbite, or both. Are teeth out of position, are bones misaligned, or both. Please see a qualified Orthodontic Specialist who can evaluate your malocclusion (bad bite), determine what 's at fault and why, and what would be the most effective treatment modalities for you.
