Deep bite/buck teeth: "overbite" can be horizontal, vertical, or a combination of the two. It can be dental, skeletal, or a combination of the two. If front teeth don't match chafes are back teeth out of whack also. To know what's wrong and how to fix it you need to schedule an examination (usually free or low cost) w a qualified orthodontic specialist.

Dental Overbite: It is tooth-related overbite in nature and can be corrected by an orthodontic treatment only. If it's a skeletal overbite, jaw surgery and braces is generally the way to correct it.
