No fast: Way. Biocorneum silicone gel cream. Topically helps. If excision is needed then steroid injections done before during and after excision needed.

Surgery : Surgical excision would be the fastest way but it may lead to a new keloid scar. Silicone gel topically can help especially earlier in the course may give the best outcome but it takes time.
