More common in the: Black race; occasionally helped by steroid injections, but i see the ones that have failed, and those that have many. Removing the scar by a plastic/cosmetic surgeon followed by radiotherapy. Get the XRT consult and surgeon to discuss...Needs to happen same day as surgery.
