Narcolepsy Fat: Be sure you are not putting your body into a stress mode by not taking in enough calories regularly. Be sure you are getting 1500 cal/day everyday and some brisk walking or other exercise done regularly should do the trick assuming you are not eating fried foods and junk foods.
