Is it possible for people with narcolepsy to be in ketosis (the process of eating almost no carb and burning fat for energy)?

Sure: Voluntarily diet choices can be pursued by any individual. I would be careful with medication effects on any new diet. One needs to seek urgent medical attention if ketosis occur as medical condition. Narcolepsy itself does not cause ketosis.

I would think so: not sure why narcoleptics wouldn't be able to be in a state of ketosis.
