I was switched from vyvanse to modafinil for my narcolepsy, it's been 2 weeks and the fatigue is present still and it doesn't seem to work as well.

Role reversal: My guess is that your doctor wanted to use Modafinil first but had to prove to your insurance that a stimulant was not helpful before switching. Maybe higher dose? Also, ask about Xyrem (yet another helpful but highly restricted, difficult to prescribed medication).
