Not really: While swimming is a very effective aerobic exercise, it's hard to say what's the best i think for most people running and cycling are probably the best the majority of people probably can't swimwell enough to get a good workout i think it would be ideal to run, cycle and run 2x/week each i'd also recommend some flexibility and strengthening exercises.
