Resistance training: Toned means your muscles show through the fat. Resistance training (pushing or pulling against a weight) increases muscle mass, so it shows through the fat. Search online for 'resistance training for beginners.' an even better plan is to combine resistance training with a proper diet to reduce the fat that's hiding those muscles. Search online for 'paleo diet.'.
